CARLSBAD, Calif.—Scott Simon, security industry trailblazer and co-founder of 2GIG Technologies, passed away suddenly, according to Lance Dean, with whom he co-founded 2GIG.
MELVILLE, N.Y.—In a settlement announced today, 2GIG Technologies will pay to license Honeywell technology covered in the so-called “148 Patent.” Other terms of the settlement remain confidential.
