MINNEAPOLIS - A new wholesale monitoring company slated to open its doors in April will target independent dealers on a national basis with a promise to bring personal service to every monitored account.

Integrity Monitoring Services, founded by Mickey Fuller, also the company’s chief executive officer, has letters of intent from several “well-established dealers” to get operations up and running, Fuller said.

Honeywell settles into central station

MINNEAPOLIS -Three years after the rest of its corporate family was relocated from Honeywell’s former headquarters here as a result of the company’s merger with AlliedSignal, a Honeywell security monitoring center has finally relocated and is now settling into its new digs.

The relocation of the central station, a move that put monitoring operations into an existing Honeywell structure just six miles away, is also the completion of a gradual consolidation of Honeywell’s monitoring operations into a single hub, a process that has been in the works for the past five to eight years, said Gary Marcinkowski, vice president and general manager of Honeywell’s security monitoring business.

SAI faces delisting, UL complaint

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. -Following months of steadily declining stock prices and public complaints from dealers regarding operational issues at the company, troubled wholesale monitoring company Security Associates International in late November announced that it was in danger of being delisted from the American Stock Exchange because of its financial status and is also the subject of a complaint letter filed with Underwriters Laboratories.
